About Roni

Hello and thanks for checking out my page. I am the
host and executive producer of the Getaway for a Day
television series. In Fall 2007 our show released in
regional syndication. The lifestyle series highlights
some of my favorite and most interesting places to
eat, shop, sightsee, relax, and live it up in Las Vegas
and it’s surrounding areas.

As a lifestyle fanatic, I try to show a different side of
myself and this great city. This entails a diverse
variety of featured topics combined with my own
interest and willingness to try ALMOST anything once.
I try to be as positive, compassionate and entertaining
as possible and I hope that you like the show as much
as I like making it.

One of my most rewarding experiences is being co-
director of “The Lobby”, a homeless program
reaching out to the destitute and misplaced in
Hollywood, CA. I have a passion for the local and
national charities that make our world a better place
and love to highlight them on the program.

Prior to my television series, I produced an improv
comedy show in Los Angeles, was a working runway
model and actress in New York, and worked as a
media consultant and producer for commercials and
infomercials for small to medium sized businesses.
I currently reside in Las Vegas, Nevada and loving it!
